Wednesday, January 16th five classes of 8th grade students participated in the “iDream” U of I Extension career exploration lesson entitled “Don’t Stop Believing!”  Retired Litchfield educator Bob Reid facilitated a fast paced lesson that encouraged students to dream about their career goals and personal aspirations.

Students were encouraged to record their short term and long term goals that they will use to reflect upon in future careers discussions and planning.

The “iDream iCreate” curriculum is part of the Litchfield School District’s intentional plan of assisting each of its students with career path exploration & individualized career planning.
